Mood Ring

“Maybe” is a beautiful filly who started training in June 2009.  She has an amazing turn of foot and incredible speed - making her a perfect sprinter.  She has learned to rate and just needs a little more time to mature physically.  She is set to start racing early 2010.  
 
Her sire won the G3 Laurel Futurity at 2 after winning his first start in maiden special company. He was second in the G3 Holy Bull S and Iowa Derby, and third in G2 Remsen S.  The 2007 foals are his first crop.

His sire, Sort It Out, whose second dam is a full sister to Forty Niner, won the Whirlaway Stakes at Aqueduct and placed in four stakes, including the Coolmore Lexington Stakes (gr. II) and WinStar Derby. He earned $312,318 while winning four of 21 starts. He is out of the winning Kris S. mare Vex, whose dam, Abrade, is champion Forty Niner's full sister.
